We are looking for volunteers to join our team of sorters! This is a fairly straight forward role: help sort the inwards goods (donations) and then place them in the appropriate space in the shop. Some tidying of the shop shelves will also be appreciated
Mornings preferred but if you're only available in the afternoon, we would still like you to apply.
Volunteering at The Blue Door is a great way to gain work experience, meet new people, and learn new skills.
Training will be provided.
Volunteers will need to be able to work independently once they have been trained.
A criminal record check is required. Long-term (one year or more),Medium (longer than 6 weeks)
Self-starting, self-motivating, able to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to sort items into appropriate spaces
