Be part of a planning and coordination team for a public exhibition 'Celebrating Seniors' showcasing digital works of personal history at the Marlborough Art Gallery in late January / early February of 2025.

Attend planning meetings during 2024, help with the coordination and assist with the set up, running, and take down of the exhibition in 2025.

Requirements:

You need to be a reliable team player with good communication skills.
Experience in administration or event management welcome.
You will need to enrol as a PSUSI volunteer and be able to pass a police check.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

One meeting per month, held during the day
Tasks outside of the meetings
Hands on help around exhibition time.
