Tutors (Technology and Internet)

Senior Net needs volunteer tutors to teach seniors how to use a range of technologies including (but not limited to) computers, smart phones, and tablets/ipads.
Tutors can also teach seniors how to use email, internet banking, internet search functions, apps, social media, etc.

Volunteers do not need to be experts or have a huge amount of skill themselves, but just enough to be able to teach others the basics of technology.
Times are flexible.

Senior Net Marlborough Sounds operates in Linkwater, Havelock, and Picton. You will need to transport yourself out to these locations.

Volunteers of all ages are welcome to apply.

A criminal record check may be required

Requirements:

Knowledge of technology and internet, ability to teach, communication skills, organisation skills.

Time commitment:

Flexible; Senior Net Marlborough Sounds tries to plan their sessions around the availability of their tutors.
