As a Volunteer Supporter or Mentor, you will be a friendly point of contact for new volunteer coaches as they complete their training.
In this role, you will:
• Make regular phone check-ins (call costs are covered)
• Build supportive, positive relationships
• Provide a space for volunteers to ask questions and share their progress

Requirements:

• Someone who enjoys talking to and connecting with people
• Warm, encouraging, and reliable
• Comfortable saying “I’m not sure, I’ll find out”
• Willing to complete the training

Time commitment:

Flexible and ongoing
Typically supporting:
• 2 to 3 new volunteer coaches at a time
• Up to a maximum of 4 to 5
