Board Member (Trustee)

Volunteer Marlborough is seeking new governance board members to strengthen our team and support our mission: connecting people, organisations, and community—through volunteering.

We’re looking for people who want to contribute their skills, ideas, and networks to a purpose-driven organisation making a real difference across our region.

We’re working to build a Board that better reflects the diversity of our community. We’d especially love to hear from people with experience in:

  • Fundraising, sponsorship, or business development (including relationship management and partnership growth)
  • Sport and recreation
  • Youth or education
  • Seniors / ageing well
  • Health and wellbeing
  • Legal expertise
  • Community development or the community & voluntary sector
  • Strong local networks and a collaborative, values-driven mindset

If you’re well connected, enjoy thinking strategically, and want to support a community organisation with proven impact—this could be a great fit.
