Marlborough Emergency Management
Marlborough CDEM is responsible for coordinating response activities throughout the Marlborough region. A response can involve multiple agencies that are coordinated from the Emergency Operations Centre To carry out this we rely on volunteers, who undertake training as part of the Incident Management Team or the Emergency Rescue / Response Team. A lot of the courses and training result in a NZ Unit Standards certification Interested in joining our response teams?
The Marlborough Emergency Response Team (NZ-RT20) requires well-maintained equipment to support its work in the Marlborough community and beyond. This role helps keep our equipment checked, maintained, organised, safe and ready for training and response.
