The team at Volunteer Marlborough is honoured to be collecting gifts to make Christmas extra special for those who might need a boost this holiday season. We are putting out the appeal for people to get into the Christmas spirit and donate gifts for both Foster Hope Marlborough and Women's Refuge Marlborough.

Foster Hope Marlborough supports children in foster care. This year they have adopted a 'B-Awesome' theme and are hoping for donations of gifts beginning with 'B' (e.g. balls, books, blankets, bubbles, beach towels, blocks, etc), although anything is welcome.
Women's Refuge Marlborough provides family violence services for women, children, and young people. Gift vouchers or Prezzy cards would be especially welcome for the women supported by the group, and new gifts for the children.

Each agency has asked that any gifts for children aged 0-18 be new and unwrapped. No extreme expense is necessary, even a $5 gift is appreciated!

We will be collecting donations until close of business December 9th and all donations can be dropped to our offices at 1 Market Street, Shop 8 (across from Biddy Kate's) between 9am - 5pm during the week...or staff can collect.

We would be very grateful if you could share amongst your friends and family to spread the word. Happy almost holidays!
