This workshop is for managers and leaders of not-for-profit and community organisations on how to collaborate without losing your soul.

From providing you with a fresh perspective on collaboration to addressing your own unique situation, this workshop will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to build effective collaborations with other organisations.

Participants in this workshop will acquire a framework and tools to take back to organisations to ensure collaborations are a success. Topics covered will include: types of collaborative relationships; building a collaborative culture; connecting with organisational strategy; barriers to collaboration; and skills for collaboration.

About the facilitator:

Garth Nowland-Foreman has worked in, with, and around NFP organisations for decades. His love for NFP organisations is an expression of his passion to create a more just and inclusive world. Now as a Director for LEAD Centre for Not-for-profit Governance & Leadership, he is a seasoned coach and brings extensive expertise to the sector.
