VM Workshop - Treasurer Induction

Thanks to the support of Marlborough District Council, and the awesome team at Community Capacity Accounting, we pleased to bring you this Treasurer Induction Workshop.

The training will cover:

• what a treasurer should and shouldn't be responsible for
• understanding financial information
• important financial indicators for not-for-profits

This workshop will be facilitated by Harald Breiding-Buss of Community Capacity Accounting, based in Christchurch. CCA is an accounting firm with a twist ... they specialise in not-for-profit organisations. They are very aware of the higher accountability and reporting requirements that our organisations are held to, and they're a registered charity themselves!

We encourage you to come along to this short but information packed workshop, and get a head start on that new role ... or get some clarity around some things if you've been in the role for a while!
