LIFT is a network for anyone who leads, coordinates, or supports volunteers in Marlborough. It is a space to connect, share ideas, strengthen practice, and build capability in volunteer leadership.

The heart of the network remains the same:

Practical learning
Peer support
Guest speakers
Shared problem solving
Strengthening volunteer-led organisations

Our June session will be a series of lightning round talks from some of your peers, offering insight.

We will:

• Offer a platform for a few to share their leadership insights in a concise, impactful way
• Encourage sharing of best practices and lessons learned in volunteer management
• Create a collaborative learning environment where you can gain quick, actionable leadership strategies

Come along to listen, learn, network, and get some new ideas! There will be time for networking and general chat before we end the session.
