MoVERS Network Lunch - Build Your Dream Volunteer Team

MoVERS = Managers of Volunteers - Education, Resources, Support ... so if you're a manager / leader / coordinator of volunteers, you're invited to join us and your peers for these lunch time sessions.

Our July session will be a bit of a game! Build your dream volunteer team with fictional characters and historical figures. Think 'fantasy football' meets volunteering! We'll use a 'draft' system where each of you will 'recruit' famous fictional or historical characters as volunteers for a fun challenge!

This session will:

• Help you identify key roles and the skills needed for a successful volunteer team
• Get you to think creatively about the roles needed and how to recruit for them
• Help you develop a volunteer team structure that can be applied to real-world scenarios

Let's get you out of the mindset of 'traditional' roles and creatively think about the skills needed for different tasks.
