STOP! Collaborate...and listen! Ok, we promise, no more Vanilla Ice lyrics...but seriously, let's have a chat about collaboration & connection. We've been seeing collaboration and partnership pop up as focuses and direction for various funders, and they've got a point. Collaboration is important and in a region like Marlborough, it's also a great opportunity to form new connections or strengthen old ones.
So this month we invite you to come along and have a short chat about the benefits of collaboration, why various funders are looking to see it happening...and then we're going to have a little bit of a 'speed dating' session where we can all share what we've got on the cards for the year, and see what other people might be able to bring to the table! Come prepared with a 60-second 'elevator pitch' and see who you can draw in. Make sure you also bring business cards so that you can follow up with potential collaborations and connections later on.
This networking and learning event will take place in person and will be held in the meeting room of the Marlborough Community Centre building at 25 Alfred Street. Please feel free to bring your lunch.
