Governance Bytes are a series of workshops where we take a deep dive into topics relevant for those who are on a board or wish to be on a board of a community or not-for-profit organisation. On these live, online workshops with not-for-profit governance experts from LEAD: Centre for Not-for-Profit Governance & Leadership, you will learn with and from others on boards, ask relevant questions, and apply what you are learning in the real world of your not-for-profit organisation.

So much of your organisation's mission and vision relies on having the right people on your team. In this workshop, we will cover recruitment and retention of the right people to your board. We will show you how to evaluate and up-skill your board members' own governance abilities.
