Governance Bytes 3 - Meetings That Matter

Governance Bytes are a series of workshops where we take a deep dive into topics relevant for those who are on a board or wish to be on a board of a community or not-for-profit organisation. On these live, online workshops with not-for-profit governance experts from LEAD: Centre for Not-for-Profit Governance & Leadership, you will learn with and from others on boards, ask relevant questions, and apply what you are learning in the real world of your not-for-profit organisation.

This month we present the third in our series of Governance Bytes: Meetings That Matter

You will learn about ways to ensure board meetings are productive, effective, and make the most of the intelligence around the table.

  • Making the most of board meetings
  • Agendas that drive results
  • Fast tracking decision making - better meeting process
  • Making the most of the intelligence around the table

This workshop will take place via Zoom (link will be sent out closer to the event). Enrolled participants may substitute another member of their organisation if they can't attend.

This month's workshop will be facilitated by Aly McNicoll.
