Receptionist

Supporting Families Marlborough is located in central Blenheim, 3/19 Henry Street. We are a non-government organisation (NGO) that provides a free and confidential service that supports individuals, couples and families/whanau who are affected by the neurodiversity, mental unwellness or addiction of a family member, friend or workmate. We welcome referrals from health providers, social service agencies and self-referrals.

Requirements:

There will be an introduction and training to the successful applicant/s we require a police check to be completed before starting, key attributes are a willingness to learn and flexibility, If you have a skillset in Facebook and Website management where we can learn from each other will also be a bonus.
Key tasks for our receptionist:
• Greet and seat clients
• Offer clients refreshments
• Answer phones
• Update Facebook and website with community events
• Turn on heaters for rooms (if counsellors are seeing clients)
• Turn urn on for bookings
• Put SF flag out
• Check mailbox

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

We are looking for someone (or people) that can be our receptionist from 9am-12pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday, to welcome our family and whanau with a smile and respect, in person or over the phone.
