Governance Bites 10: Bringing the Big Picture to My Little Organisation
This is our final, EVER, Governance Bites session in Blenheim (but stay tuned for what’s coming up in 2020 to build on this!).
We will be drawing back from some of the more specific tasks and issues of the recent months, and looking at what ‘big picture’ thinking and decision-making actually means in practical terms as well as how you can use fiduciary, strategic, and generative thinking to not only contribute more to the organisation, but also have more fun doing so!
There will also be a chance for a last chance Q&A session if there are any non-profit governance questions still bugging you.
Date: Wednesday 4th December 2019
Time: arrive from 5:15 for a 5:30 start
Location: Wesley Centre, 3 Henry Street, Blenheim
Free pizza is provided
As always, tickets are free but we do like to know how many people are coming along so make sure you get a ticket: https://governancebites10.eventbrite.co.nz
This session will be led by Garth Nowland-Foreman, an experienced trainer and facilitator, and not-for-profit governance expert. Garth is a director of LEAD Centre for Not-for-Profit & Leadership www.lead.org.nz
